She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Bell and Veda Anderson (Potts); her granddaughter-in-law Rachel Garcia; and her great grandchildren, Camrie and Carter Garcia.
She is survived by: her significant other James Plumley of Brady; her children, Michael Bell (Brenda Stratton) of Brady, Terry Plumley of Brady, Bruce Plumley (Christie) of Brady, Audrey Tinney (Shawn) of Brady and Jaquetta Jones of San Antonio; and her siblings, George Bell (Donna) of Littlefield, TX, Bruce Bell (Lori) of Lubbock, TX, James Bell (Lisa) of Brady, Joe Black (Jenna) of Hobbs and Mietsy Bell of Oklahoma.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Leatherwood Memorial Chapels (1001 S Elm St, Brady, TX 76825). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
