Delores Faye Merchant Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Delores Faye Merchant (Brazoria, Texas), who passed away on July 14, 2025 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Wilda Raye Wright and Owen Edward Cummings; her husband Jack Merchant; her children, Melanie (Dallas Mullins) and Matthew (Rikki Merchant); her grandchildren, Tucker Mullins, Hadlee Merchant and Tanner Mullins; her sister Wanda Carley (Gary); and her sibling's children, Kent, Kimberly, Chad and Carissa.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Brazoria (101 San Bernard St, Brazoria, TX 77422). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to The Pregnancy Help Center of Brazosport (979-297-3622/327 Garland Drive, Lake Jackson, TX 77566).
