He is survived by: his mother Norma Garza Betancourt (Thomas) of Brazoria, Texas; his wife Misty Motley Garza; his children, Alexis Garza and Eristeo "Eddie" Garza, III of Brazoria; his grandfather Sostenes Ramirez of Peñitas; his sister Dina Johnson (Luke) of Lake Jackson, Texas; and his stepbrother Thomas Betancourt, Jr. of Brazoria, TX.. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
