He was predeceased by: his parents, Billie Dale and Norman Ray Holden, Sr.; and his siblings, Norman Ray Jr and Lee Ann Davenport. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Shanks Holden; his sister Kathy Crist (Tim) of Angleton; his children, Tammy Powers of LaPorte and Michael John Holden, Jr. of Freeport; his stepchildren, Stacy Gibson (Sean) of Sweeny, Tracy Rosenbaum (Brian) of New Boston and Cody Truitt of Brazoria; and his grandchildren, Tyler Holden, Reanna Oliver, Emalee Powers, Michelle Holden, Payton Gibson, Jace Truitt, Braxton Rosenbaum, Kyler Rosenbaum and Brielle Rosenbaum. He is also survived by friends, nieces, and nephews.
