He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Stacy (Norvell Bowers), Holly (Randy Reeves), Amanda Maag (Nick Thornton) and Coby White; his grandchildren, Joshua Bowers (Deanna), Jonathan Bowers, Logan Bowers, Brooke Reeves, Brent Reeves, Miles Thornton, Jana (Brent Caldwell) and Marvin "Casper" Phillips (Patricia); his great grandchildren, Averie Bowers, Jacen Bowers, Avery Caldwell, Landry Caldwell, Braxton Phillips, Abigail Phillips, Maggie Phillips and Marvin Phillips, Jr.; and his siblings, Jimmie Jo Maag, Mike Maag (Rhonda) and Pat Maag (Judy).
