It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Edna Gillespie of Breckenridge, Texas, born in Vernon, Texas, who passed away on February 18, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Herman John Schoppa and Edna Olga Foerster Schoppa; and her pet Duchess. She is survived by : her husband Melvin Lee; and her children, Carol McGrath (Wayne), Patricia Vandergriff (Mike) and Alan Gillespie (Shannon). She is also survived by seven grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
