He is survived by: his sons, Emilio Maya of Breckenridge, Emmanuel Perez of Abilene, Alex Perez of Garland and Joshua Perez of Brownwood; and his siblings, Lucy Perez of Abilene, Richard Perez of Breckenridge, Johny Perez of Breckenridge and Joe Perez of Breckenridge.
