He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess Oliver Waggoner, Sr. and Augusta Pearl Brannan Waggoner; his wife Joyce Slaton; his daughter Rose Lee Kan; his granddaughter Vicky Lanell Whitmire; and his siblings, Doyle Waggoner, Nell Sanders, Janis Tyson and Jean Jenson.
He is survived by: his brother Dan Waggoner of Breckenridge; and his grandchildren, Deryle Abraham (Dena) of Breckenridge, Charles "Corky" Abraham of Breckenridge and Brandie Mullink (Steve) of Gerard, Illinois. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
