He is survived by: his daughter Elliana Isabella Gutierrez; his parents, RJ Gutierrez and Kelsie Lee; his brothers, Landon Brewster, Liam Brewster and Jaycee Brewster; his grandparents, Rick, Adela Gutierrez, Kinley and Rebecca Lee; his great-grandparents, Marcellina "Grandma Nena" Gutierrez and Kinley R. Lee, Sr.; his uncles, Corey Gutierrez, Courtney Waller, Ashley Gutierrez, Laurin Summit (Robert) and Alan Lee (Claire); his cousins, Braiden Tribble, Emrie Tribble, Ryan Waller, Corbyn Gutierrez, Dylan Waller, Krosslin Collins, Adele Waller, Carson Gutierrez, Juliet Quinton, Emma Nicole Grace Ensey, Augustus Ensey, Darren Lee, Oliver Lee and Nicholas Lee; his great-grandparents, Alexandra Rocha, Susie E. Lee, Patricia Ann Morgan and Humberto Gutierrez; his cousin Tucker Lee Boring; his friend Malachi Harper; and his great-aunt Jennifer Lee.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Morehart Mortuary - Breckenridge (1101 W Walker St, Breckenridge, TX 76424). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Gunsight Baptist Church (10674 US-183 Hwy, Breckenridge, TX 76424).
