He was predeceased by : his parents, T. J. Russell and Patty Lorese Mehaffey Russell; and his sister Carol Carey. He is survived by : his wife Stephanee Russell; his son Roy D. Russell (Sumer); his grandchildren, Cheyenna Wimberley, Sidney Blaire Russell, Timothy Benjamin Russell, Wyatt Lynch Burns and Alex Masterson; his great grandchildren, Chylen, Keaton Wimberley and Lincoln Grant Masterson; and his siblings, Jack Russell (Traci), David Russell (Lesa) and Carla Robinson (John) of Iowa. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
