She was predeceased by: her parents, William Carroll King and Cecilia King Spivey (Brown); and her husband Larry Brooks. She is survived by: her son Michael; her daughter-in-law Sharon Jay of Lexington; her grandchildren, Christopher Jay of Lexington, Clifford Jay (Natalie) of Midland and Tanya Sander (Trenton) of Georgetown; her great grandchildren, Brittany Roberts (Danny) of Georgetown, Zach Rodriguez of Georgetown, Kylee, Kaytie, Alaina and Colin Jay of Midland; and her great great grandchildren, Zoe, Grayson and Ronan Roberts of Georgetown.
