She was predeceased by : her parents, Walter "Pud" Burris and Annie Faye Davis; and her husband David Palmer. She is survived by : her daughters, Tammy B. Whitehead of Orange, Teri B. Goodwin (Greg) of Deweyville and Lucinda Vines (Anthony Glen) of Bridge City, Texas; her grandchildren, Cory Baker, Brian Goodwin (Samantha), Brittney Pollock, Brett Goodwin, Dillon Vines, Garrett Vines (Kourtney), Dawson Vines, Marshall Henry (Marcella) and Evan Palmer; her great grandchildren, Braydan Baker, Brendan Pollock, Jordan Pollock, Jacob Pollock, Mason Spoonemoore, Everlee Rogue, Jaxson Phelps, Carsn Phelps, Kaliyah Goodwin, Ayden Goodwin, Alyson Goodwin, Wesson Vines, Whitley Vines, Palmer Henry, Remy Henry and Cameron Henry; her great great grandchild Adrian Pollock; her brother Walter H. Burris III; her niece Amy; her sisters, Ava B. Profota (Dennis) and Faith Fuller; her nephew David; and her stepchildren, Jennifer Adams (Kevin), Mike (Victoria) and Brad (Amy).
