It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Dean Dunigan of Bridge City, Texas, who passed away on July 6, 2025, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Dunigan, Sr. and Christine Westbrook Dunigan; and his sister Sharon Dunigan. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Dunigan; his sons, Steven Dunigan (Randi) and Richard Dunigan (Barbie); his stepchildren, Mason Melanson and Keelie Ezelli; his grandchildren, Joshua Dunigan (Amiee), Alyssa Morgan (James), Ashlyn Dunigan, Ethan Duhon and Luke Dunigan; his great grandchildren, Remi, Liam, Reign and Jackson; his siblings, Hubert Dunigan, Jr. (Brenda), Regena Bryant (Ronnie), Hank Nichols (Sharon) and Terry Nichols (Olene); and the mother of his children Donna Dunigan. He is also survived by other loving nieces, nephews, family members, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Calendar Claybar Funeral Home - Bridge City (800 Highland Dr, Bridge City, TX 77611). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
