He is survived by: his wife Maria Rempel of Brownfield, Texas; his children, Peter Rempel (Elizabeth) of Canada, Herman Rempel (Agatha) of Canada, Diedrich Rempel of Brownfield, Ben Rempel (Aganetha) of Canada, George Rempel (Sara) of Brownfield, Jacob Rempel (Anna) of Seminole, Texas, Susana Rempel of Brownfield, Texas and Tina Suderman (John) of Brownfield, Texas; and his brothers, George Rempel (Lisa) of Mexico and John Rempel (Helena) of Mexico. He is also survived by 42 grandchildren, and 29 great-grandchildren.
