He was predeceased by : his parents, Darold E. Parker and Mary Saxon Parker; and his parents-in-law, Mildred and Sebern Watley. He is survived by : his wife Sue Parker; his daughter Shannon Mattingly (John); his grandson Joshua Mattingly; his brother David Parker (Mahlon); and his granddaughter McKenzie.
