He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Anzaldua and Amelia Anzaldua; and his siblings, Jose Anzaldua III, Maria, Carmen Anzaldua Perez and Ernesto Anzaldua.
He is survived by: his siblings, Juanita Alatorre, Manuel Anzaldua, Romie Sosa, Amelia Snipes, Veronica Anzaldua Urbina and Henry Anzaldua; and his niece Veronica Parra.
A funeral Mass was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church (1200 Lincoln St, Brownsville, TX 78521). A burial was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens (4464 Old Port Isabel Rd, Brownsville, TX 78526). Visitation was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church (1200 Lincoln St, Brownsville, TX 78521). A rosary was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Sunset Memorial Funeral Home (657 Springmart Blvd, Brownsville, TX 78526).
