He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlos Mancillas and Maria Mancillas; and his brother Eduardo Mancillas. He is survived by: his wife Noemi Mancillas; his children, Jaime Adrian Mancillas, Karla Nicole Mancillas (Nikki) and Kristen Melissa Mancillas (Missy); his grandson Dominick Mancillas; and his sister Rosa Rodriguez. He is also survived by numerous nieces, cousins and nephews.
