He is survived by : his children, Scott Anderson (Julie), Heidi Wild (Brian) and Kirk Anderson (Genelle); his grandchildren, Jack, Garret, Jenna Wild, Madison, Ridgley, Hunter Anderson, Alexandra, Evert Anderson and Evie McKenna; his sisters, Connie Coryell (Sam) and Darlene Anderson (Bruce); his sister-in-law Nancy O'Reilly; his nephews, John and Matthew Wilson; and his great-nephew Logan Wilson.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Central Christian Church (1100 E Alton Gloor Blvd, Brownsville, TX 78526).
