She is survived by: her father Daniel Contreras; her husband Alejandro Hinojosa; her sons, Alejandro Hinojosa Jr. and Edgar Fernando Hinojosa; her siblings, Sarah Jessica Martinez, Crystal Eliza Contreras, Ashley Monique Contreras, Amanda Marina Contreras, Sylvia Mercedes Flores, Emily Elizabeth Contreras, Daniel Contreras, Jr. and Gabriel Rene Contreras; and her nephews, Jacob Nathaniel Contreras and Noah Aiden Contreras.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 4th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Garza Memorial Funeral Home (1025 E Jackson St, Brownsville, TX 78520). A prayer was held on Wednesday, March 4th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 5th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, March 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens (4464 Old Port Isabel Rd, Brownsville, TX 78526).
