He is survived by: his children, Pedro (Esperanza), Rosalinda (Ruben), Bruno (Margarita), Jose Angel (Rebeca), Raul (Elvira), Rodolfo (Gloria), Abel (Laura), Margarita (Samuel), Veronica (Jesus), Alejandro (Imelda), Eugenio Jr., Juanita Rodriguez and Juan Pablo Resendez; the mother of his children Juanita Piña; and his siblings, Abel Maciel and Marina Ofelia Beliakoff.
