She was predeceased by: her parents, George Bowers Forrest and Florence Elizabeth Forrest (Rattan); her husband Servando Trevino; her children, Elizabeth Trevino Mosesman, Melinda Trevino and Servando Trevino; and her sisters, Wanda Perry and Margaret Weaver.
She is survived by: her daughter Denise Trevino-Gomez (Ed Gomez); her grandson Alejandro Trevino-Gomez; her extended family, Aspen, Alexandria and Esme; and her sibling's children, Shalene, Gary, Jane, Teresa, Eloy, Rene and Kathy.
