He was predeceased by: his father Herman Benjamin Barrett Sr.; and his sister Selby Barrett. He is survived by: his mother Angelena Barrett; his children, Brandon (Alexis), Bryce (Jazmine), Shemar, Kayla and Kaylee; his grandchildren, Sasha, Beto, Leslie, Michael, Catherine, Emelio, Jayden, Makayla, Isaac, Camila and Ava; his sister Felice Barrett; his granddaughter Navaya; and his niece Jalyn. He is also survived by other aunts, uncles and cousins.
