He was predeceased by: his parents, Guadalupe and Maria of Lourdes Davila; his son Luis Horacio Davila; his brothers, Humberto Davila and Mario Davila; his parents-in-law, Simon Flores and Victoria Flores; and his sisters-in-law, Enriqueta Vasquez, Lucy Robles and Beatriz Lopez.
He is survived by: his wife Yolanda Davila; his children, Jaime Davila (Liliana Medina), Alicia Cuellar (Sonny Cuellar) and Laura Davila; his grandchildren, Jacob Cuellar, Nayelie Gallegos and Kayla Davila; and his siblings, Lourdes Garza (Alfredo Garza Sarabia), Yolanda Garcia of Davila, Cesar Guadalupe Davila, Domitila Davila, Neil (Olga Patterson), Tony (Vicky Garcia) and Larry (Ida Burkhart).
