He was predeceased by : his parents, Jose Torres and Maria Soledad Ruiz. He is survived by : his wife Candida Ramos; his daughters, Graciela Martinez (Alberto) and Josefina Ramos (Luis); his grandsons, Alberto Ramos, Jr., Francisco Javier Martinez and Jose Luis Dueñes, Jr.; and his siblings, Ramon Torres, Santiago Torres (Irene) and Mary Lou Catete (Martin). He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
