He is survived by: his wife Yoselin Gutierrez; his children, Marcus Xavier, Janelle Jade, Alaia McKayla and Isaac Tomas Gutierrez; his parents, Deborah Gutierrez and Victor Gutierrez; his sisters, Dinorah and Delilah Gutierrez; his nephew Noah Ortega; and his grandmothers, Graciela Garcia and Ester Gutierrez. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Divine Mercy Parish (650 E Alton Gloor Blvd, Brownsville, TX 78526). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A rosary was held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 6:00 PM. A burial was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens (4464 Old Port Isabel Rd, Brownsville, TX 78526).
