We are sad to announce that on June 29, 2019, at the age of 79, Keith Louis Spencer (Brownsville, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Louis Spencer and Verna Grace Hilderbrand Spencer; his wife Carole Moncrief Spencer; his children, Patti Spencer Davis and John Spencer (Cindy); his sister Karen Spencer Durkee (Bruce); his grandchildren, Kori Renslow and Kimberly Renslow; and his great grandchildren, Lekita Kelly, Seth Kelly and Jayden Benedict. He was also cherished by three nieces, one nephew and many dear friends.
