He was predeceased by: his parents, Ninfa Gutierrez (Cantu) and Pedro Gutierrez Sr.; and his siblings, Pedro Gutierrez Jr., Jesus Gutierrez and Juanita Muñoz.
He is survived by: his wife Raquel Gutierrez; his daughters, Anna Delia Perez and Alma Dalia Gutierrez (Eduardo R.); his grandchildren, Sabrina Perez (Joe M.), Bernardo Perez IV, Tamara Fernandez (Jaime), Kimberly Peña Arnoldo Peña III (Lucas R.) and Leslie Peña (Arnold G.); and his sisters, Maria Ninfa, Rosalinda, Gloria, Delia and Graciela. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
