She is survived by: her husband Gilberto Sandoval, Sr.; her children, Gilberto Sandoval, Jr. (Susana Andaverde), Javier "Peanut" Sandoval (Teresa) and Lucinda Sandoval Maddox (Mark); her grandchildren, Arturo Javier "AJ" Sandoval, Matthew Gilberto Maddox, Samuel Luke Maddox, Jimmy Limon (Daniela) and Lizette Richards (Cameron); and her brother-in-law Miguel Sandoval (Eva). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A rosary will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Darling-Mouser Funeral Home - East Chapel (945 Palm Blvd, Brownsville, TX 78520). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Immaculate Conception Cathedral (1218 E Jefferson St, Brownsville, TX 78520). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens (4464 Old Port Isabel Rd, Brownsville, TX 78526).
