It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margarita Paredes Marroquin (Brownsville, Texas), who passed away on February 19, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Margarita G. Paredes and Francisco E. Paredes; her grandparents, Margarita V. Galvan and Miguel L. Paredes Sr.; her brother Francisco E. Paredes Jr.; her son Mario Marroquin; her son-in-law Manuel Beltran; her grandson Ricardo A. Rodriguez; and her great grandchild Jonathan Gage Ramirez.
She is survived by : her children, Margarita P. Maroquin, Alice Beltran, Richard Marroquin and Michelle Perez (Albert); her grandchildren, Stacy, Christie, Vanessa, Lisa, Barbara, Gilbert, Jennifer, Bianca, Albert, Laura and Aaron; and her sister-in-law Martha V. Paredes.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, February 25th 2021 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sunset Memorial Funeral Home (657 Springmart Blvd, Brownsville, TX 78526). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 25th 2021 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
