Matus; her siblings, Juan A. Diaz, Tomas Diaz, Jose Diaz (Edna), Leticia Diaz and Amanda De Rosario (Richard S.); her nieces and nephews, Anthony Diaz (Brooke Weber), Alec J. Diaz, Dominic J. Diaz (Alondra), Sergio A. Diaz, Dariela R. Diaz, Elizabeth H. Rodriguez and Christine M. Rodriguez; and her great-nieces, Avery B. Diaz, Georgia A. Diaz and Lupita Diaz.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sunset Memorial Funeral Home (657 Springmart Blvd, Brownsville, TX 78526). A burial was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens (4464 Old Port Isabel Rd, Brownsville, TX 78526). A prayer was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the Sunset Memorial Funeral Home (657 Springmart Blvd, Brownsville, TX 78526).
