She was predeceased by: her parents, Lisandro Peña and Soledad Peña; her husband Miguel R. Perez; her son Jonathan Perez; and her siblings, Lisandro Peña II, Jeordano Peña and Maria Martinez.
She is survived by: her children, Virginia Perez, Mike Perez Jr. (Dee), Lisandro Perez (Joann), Cidlallin "Pam" Flores (Mario) and Margo Balboa (Baldemar); her siblings, Marco T. Peña and Teresa Peña; and her caregivers, Ivan Torres, Grindelia Amador and Caroline Bowman of Kindred Hospice. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren 2 step-grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandson.
