He is survived by: his wife Mary Garcia Rios; his siblings, Reynaldo Rios and Celia Rios; his children, Roxanne Rios, Sue Rios and Ricardo Rios Jr. (Sabrina Rios); and his grandchildren, Melanie Piña, Jaythan Castillo, Matthew Piña, Jennamarie Rios, Tyson Rios and Brooklyn Burse.
