Rosa Maria Caballero Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 16, 2025, at the age of 72, Rosa Maria Caballero of Brownsville, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Artemio Raul Caballero Saldivar; her parents, Romana Rodriguez and Gustavo Rodriguez; her brother Gustavo Rodriguez Reyna; her daughters, Maria Alejandra Caballero (Manuel Valdez), Rosa Maria Ibarra (Jorge) and Nereida Rodriguez (Dagoberto); and her grandchildren, Jorge Alberto Ibarra II, Artemio Raul Ibarra, Josemanuel Valdez, Dariella Dolores Ibarra, Alekzander Valdez, Zoe Rodriguez, Iza Rodriguez and Joz Rodriguez.
She is survived by: her siblings, Maria Esther Peña (Jose Luz), Francisco Rodriguez (Leticia) and Juan Manuel Rodriguez (Ofelia). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
A rosary was held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Darling-Mouser Funeral Home - East Chapel (945 Palm Blvd, Brownsville, TX 78520). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 9:30 AM at the St. Eugene de Mazenod Catholic Church (5409 Austin Rd, Brownsville, TX 78521).
