He was predeceased by: his father Roman Mancillas; and his siblings, Jose Luis Mancillas and Raquel Mancillas Ray. He is survived by: his mother Catalina Tijerina Mancillas; and his siblings, Manuela Mancillas, Roman Mancillas Jr., Isabel "Chavel" Mancillas, Maria Estella Peña, Aida Gonzales and Ismael Mancillas. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 8:15 AM to 12:00 PM at the Trevino Funeral Home (1355 Old Port Isabel Rd, Brownsville, TX 78521). A prayer will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Buena Vista Burial Park (1024 Mc Davitt Blvd, Brownsville, TX 78521).
