He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Clay and Evelyn Rowe (Bailey); and his brothers, John Rowe and Jerry Rowe. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Rowe of Brownwood; and his children, Jenny Nations of Brookhaven, Cindy Wells of Mississippi, Jennifer Adkins of Midland, Texas and Danny Rowe of Brownwood. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
