He was predeceased by: his father Lee O Daniel Ballard. He is survived by: his mother Sally Ballard of Brownwood; his son Brenden Ballard of Brownwood, Texas; and his siblings, Vincent Carriger of Spring Branch, Daniel Ballard of Thorndale, Texas, Sandy Holder of Cedar Creek and Lee Ballard of May, Texas. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, loved ones and friends.
