It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Heard (Brownwood, Texas), who passed away on March 10, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elsie Snyder and Jack Heard; and his siblings, JD, Bobby, Billy, Gerald, Lonnie, Mickey, Charlene and Lola Mae.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Harris; his children, Tommy Heard (Darlene) of Angleton, Terri Heard of Winchell, Faye Heard of Brownwood, Gigi (Jerry Lewis) of El Campo and Kania Clark of Mullin; and his brother Eddie Mack of Brownwood. He is also survived by His 14 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Blaylock Funeral Home (1914 Indian Creek Rd, Brownwood, TX 76801).
