He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Turner Green and Josephine Earlene Jenkins; his wife Sandi Jenkins; his brother Paul Smith Jenkins (Melinda); his children, Clay Jenkins (Sarah) of Grapevine, Texas and Erin McDowell (Craig) of The Woodlands, Texas; and his grandchildren, Dylan, Ella, Joey and Carl.
