He is survived by: his sister Dorothy Eisenbarth of Gilbert, AZ; his daughter Coni Cheesman; his son-in-law John Cheesman; his daughters, Christy Northcliffe, Marsha Leavitt and Cathy Bounds; his son-in-law Robert Bounds; his grandchildren, Nicholas Leavitt (Kelsey Leavitt), Jennifer Lopez (Enrique Lopez), Matthew Leavitt (Lara Leavitt), Amy Melton (Jared Melton), Kat Leavitt, Thomas Northcliffe, Emily Northcliffe, Taylor Bounds, Bryson Bounds and Clayton Bounds (Ariel Bounds); and his great grandchild Astrid Leavitt. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
