He was predeceased by: his son Steven John Kologinczak; his brothers, Frank Kologinczak Jr. and Bernard Kologinczak; and his parents, Frank Kologinczak Sr. and Agnes Kologinczak.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah Markland (Mike Coleman), Chris Kologinczak (Stacie Williamson) and Teresa Kologinczak; the mother of his children Shirley Kologinczak; and his siblings, Julian Kologinczak (Gertrude Kologinczak), Kenny Kologinczak and Diana Allen (Wayne Allen). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
Although he will be greatly missed by family and friends, his contributions to this world remain alive and impactful.
