She was predeceased by : her parents, Gaines Kinsey and Velma Kinsey; her husband Richard Romig; her siblings, Glyn Kinsey and Charlotte Raybon; her sister-in-law Shirley Kinsey; and her nephew David Chapman.
She is survived by : her son Alan; her daughter-in-law Karen Romig; her granddaughter Patricia Romig Cutshaver (Rhett); her great grandchildren, Hannah, Ellie and Jordan Cutshaver; and her nieces and nephews, Vicki Romig Berndt, Becki Romig Schulz, Denise Raybon, Linda Moore, Tom Chapman, Mark Kinsey, David Kinsey, Brian Kinsey and Gary Raybon.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 28th 2020 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church (1001 Ave I, El Campo, TX 77437). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 28th 2020 at 2:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in memory of Judy may be made to Texas Children's Hospital, Suite 5214, P. O. Box 300630, Houston, TX 77230-0630.
