She was predeceased by : her parents, Will Scarmardo and Rosalie Scarmardo; her husband Lee J. Fazzino; her brother Frank C. Scarmardo; her sister-in-law Patricia Scarmardo; and her son-in-law Cooper G. Dibrell.

She is survived by : her children, Loretta Talley (Stephen), Roselle Linder (Larry), Madonna Lorenz (Robert), John Fazzino (Roann) and Lee J. Fazzino, Jr. (Sally); and her grandchildren, Sara Kathryn Langley (Jeremy), Elizabeth Martin (Derek), Madonna Lynn McClure (Ron), Courtney Vetter (Cullen), Magen Hearn (John), Robert H. Lorenz, Jr., Will J. Fazzino, Jr. (Morgan), AnnaMarie Drymalla (Jeffrey), Jennifer Sustaita (Josh), Victoria Dibrell, MaryFrances Malazzo (Jason), Rosemary Tovar (Matthew), Katherine Fazzino and Olivia Fazzino.
