With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Walter E. Russell of Buffalo Gap, Texas, born in Oakland, Maryland, who passed away on February 13, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Herman Walter and Vera Walter (Edgar). He is survived by : his wife Carolyn Walter; his children, Anita McClellan and Jody Morales (Lisa) of Buffalo Gap; and his brother Lester Walter (Rose) of Florida. He is also survived by four grandchildren, three great grandchildren and many friends.
