We are sad to announce that on January 12, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Jimmy Glenn Brown Sr. of Buna, Texas. He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Carl Brown and Minnie (Howell); his children, Jimmy Brown, Jr., Candice Inman, Cody Brown, Cheyenne Brown and Rocky Lewis; the mother of his children Cathy Palmer; and his sisters, Anita Hooker, Patricia Tidwell and Lou Anderson. He was also cherished by 5 grandchildren.

A funeral service was held on Friday, January 15th 2021 at 2:00 PM at the Gateway Tabernacle Church (22690 US-96, Kirbyville, TX 75956). To protect each other from COVID-19 infection we ask that you comply with CDC Social Distancing Guidelines as well as Governor Greg Abbott's request that a face covering be utilized before entering this facility. Funerals are currently a public event being held during the national response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
