He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Stephen Carlo Skinner; his stepfather Joel Jeffcoat; his grandparents, Charles and Florence Flowers; his wife Tressa Skinner; his children, Keegan Skinner (Shae) of Goldsboro, Brendan Skinner of Buna and Cameron Skinner of Buna; his mother Judy Flowers Jeffcoat; his grandfather PawPaw Sam Jeffcoat; his siblings, Christi Cauthen (Will) of Martinsville and Shaun Skinner of Beaumont; his nephews, Mason and Seth Cauthen; his parents-in-law, David Clifton and Cindy Clifton; his grandparents, Alice "MawMaw" Jeffcoat, Helen and Carlo Skinner; his uncles, Charles Flowers, Jr. and Wade Flowers; Joel of Fred. He was also cherished by loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
