With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gracie Viola Jans of Burkburnett, Texas, born in Temple, Oklahoma, who passed away on May 26, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lestal Bigford and Icey Bigford; and her siblings, Earl, Carl, David, Shorty, Bill, John and Nona Bartley.
She is survived by: her husband Ed Jans; her daughters, Tina (Paul Barrager) and Kimberly (Jason Stutz); her grandchildren, Zach Barrager, Brice (Kara Jans-Stutz), Caitlin Barrager, Hayden Barrager and Madison Jans-Stutz; her great grandchild Raelynn Jans-Stutz; and her sister Betty Provence. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Hospice of Wichita Falls in honor of her life.
