He was predeceased by: his father James Clyde Burchett. He is survived by: his mother Mary Burchett; his wife Theresa Burchett; his siblings, Rodney Burchett (Kristi) and Belinda Keeling (Chris); his children, Jared Burchett (Heather), Jamie Bannister (Cody) and Kyle Jones (Amanda); his grandchildren, Tatum, Kevin, Tanner, Kate, Riley, Liam and Avery; his great grandchild Adley; and his siblings' children, Parker, Jacey, Brett and Ryan.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Burkburnett Volunteer Fire Department.
