She is survived by : her parents, Bobby Leon Cantwell and Sylvia "June" Porterfield of Burkburnett; her sister Jan Lam; her brother-in-law Sean Lam of Burkburnett; her nephew Garrett Lam of Tulsa; her nieces, Haley Lam of Burkburnett and Taylor Givens (Austin Givens) of Burkburnett; and her great-nieces, Hadley Thompson and Palmer Givens.
