He was predeceased by : his brother Patrick Turner. He is survived by : his parents, James E. Turner and Martha O. Turner (Johnson); his wife Marieta; his children, Vincent Gabriel Romagos of Burkburnett, Sean Turner (Kristi) of Sadler, Deana Skinner (Eric) and Melissa Whiteland of Burkburnett; his grandchildren, Paige, Tyler, Ashtyn, Brayden, Addy, Charly and Cason; and his siblings, Brice Turner (Lisa) of Burkburnett and Teresa Barrells of Burkburnett.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Hospice of Wichita Falls for their continued efforts.
