She was predeceased by: her parents, Clayton Calhoun Howard and Tina Boman Howard; her husband Charles Deen, Sr.; her siblings, Jimmy Howard, Kenneth Howard, Zelda Simmons and Elloise Stubblefield; her daughter Janice Deen Mack; her son-in-law Steve Blakley; her grandsons, Jeff Smith, Chuck Smith and Tyler Anastopolous; and her great grandchild Amiya Price.
She is survived by: her brother Carlyle Howard (Evelyn) of Pearland; and her children, Delores Sanchez (Tony) of Wichita Falls, Paula Hill (David) of Randlett, OK, Charles Deen, Jr. (Cheryl) of Burkburnett, Angie Beavers (Jason) of Wichita Falls, Paige Bowers (Ricky) of Iowa Park and James Deen (Kimberly) of Randlett, OK.. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, and a few great-great grandchildren; along with many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Owens and Brumley Funeral Home (1101 Sheppard Rd, Burkburnett, TX 76354). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Legacy Church (1420 Loop 11, Wichita Falls, TX 76306).
